Description: A Leader’s Coach mentors new group facilitators from the start up and through the life of running their group. You communicate with facilitators through email, plus phone, and text at your choice. Facilitators can asks questions, and you can check in just to see how they’re doing.
Criteria: This role requires a well experienced Avenue Alumni man who has facilitated groups for at least several seasons. He is already familiar with the Leader’s Guide. Clay Allen looks forward to talking with any men who are interested in this role, whether you feel qualified or not.
Commitment: About 5 hours a week. This is an ongoing role. You will be able to rotate weeks with other Coaches.
Importance: Your extremely valuable experience put to use. Without well trained facilitators, our groups may not perform well. A Leader Coach is very important because can he affect the success of the group and the desired outcomes of men’s restoration.
